Why has my account been banned?
When your account is banned from Even, you'll receive an email notification. Once banned, you will no longer be able to access or use Even. If you have an active subscription, the automatic renewal will be cancelled.
Accounts are banned when we identify violations of our Terms of Use such as:
1. Age restrictions
Even is only available to people over 18. We close accounts opened by people who are or appear to be under the required age. If necessary, please contact Customer Care 💌 to reopen your profile. You'll need to provide valid proof of age, like your passport or driving license.
2. Your profile has been closed down due to bad behavior
We want Even to be a safe, fun place for everyone, which is why every profile has to comply with our Terms of Use . 3. Your profile has been closed for another reason
