How do I manage my notifications?

What type notifications will you get from us?

To help you to connect with our singles, we communicate with you via email, push notification and in-app messages.

We will notably send you service communications such as payment confirmation, password renewal request, profile content moderation as well as selections of singles that we think you’d like and any attention your profile receives from our members (e.g. likes, new messages etc. ) to ensure you do not miss the right match.

If you choose it, we can also send your offers, discounts and news to maximize your chances to find your perfect match. โญโญ

Now, would you like to update your Notifications preferences?

Maybe you’re getting too many notifications, maybe you’re not getting enough ๐Ÿ˜ณ. Either way, we’ve got your back.

Go to the Click on profile on the top left, tap โš™๏ธ, tap Preferences, then Notifications.

If you’re not getting any emails from us:

Please verify your account settings by clicking the โš™๏ธ to ensure we have the correct email address.If we do, check your spam folder.
