How do I delete a profile that has been hacked?
Someone might have hacked my account, what should I do ?
If you can still log into your account:
• Change your password immediately.
• Then Log out and Log in again from every device connected to your account.
➔ We recommend that you change the password of your email account too.
If you cannot log into your account:
• Contact Customer Care and we’ll close the account for you
• If you have a pass, you will have to contact: For iPhone the Apple Support and for Android the Google Play support.
Tips to keep your account safe
• Choose a complex password with at least one letter, one number and one special character.
• Always log out of Even if you’re accessing your account from a public place.
• Never forward or share emails you get from us.
