I have unsubscribed but I am still paying. What's going on?

Itโ€™s possible that your cancellation didnโ€™t go through fully. If you did not receive a confirmation email, itโ€™s likely that this is the case.
โž” Please try again, or reach out to Apple or Google Play as subscriptions are handled by them and are under their own terms and conditions which we do not control.

If you have any doubts about your payments, you can consult the information about your subscription in your order history on:

Google Play
โž” Go to Play store > Tap your profile Icon > Payment and subscription > Tap the subscription that you want to manage > Cancel subscription.

iOS
โž” Open the Settings app > Tap your name > Tap Subscriptions > Tap the subscription that you want to manage > Cancel Subscription
