Help! I can't register.

There are some common reasons you might have problems logging in.

1. A message appears advising you that your email address is already in use

You can only link one email address to a single Even account.
➔ If you already have an Even profile, you will need to delete it before you can create a new one with the same email address. Log in to your account and Click on profile on the top left > Tap ⚙️> Delete account. To delete your account, click on Delete my account. Your profile will disappear within 24 hours. After that, you can use your original email address to create a new profile.

2. Your password isn't accepted

We want Even accounts to be secure, so your password will need to be : At least eight characters long Include both upper and lower case letters Include a number. eg : Even2022@
➔ Your password cannot be the same as your user name.
➔ Never share your login information to anyone else, even if you know them.
➔ Your password must be unique! Never use the same password on multiple apps.

3. You can't access your account from overseas

You can access your Even account from almost anywhere in the world, but there are some countries in which this isn't possible.
➔ Enjoy your trip and your profile will be waiting for you when you get home!

If you're logged in, change your password in a flash on the sign-in page.

Click Forgot your password?
Enter your e-mail address > follow the instructions and you'll be good to go.
