How can I delete my account?
We're delighted if you've found someone special!
But back to business. About that profile:
• Log in to your account.• To delete your account: Click on profile on the top left > Tap ⚙️> Delete account > To delete your account, click on Delete my account.• Your profile will be removed from the service within 24 hours. Remember to end your automatic renewal! This can be done up to 24 hours before the due renewal date.
Keep in mind that deleting your account won't cancel an active subscription. To cancel an automatic renewal made through:
Google Play:➔ Go to Play store > Tap your profile Icon > Payment and subscription > Budget and History > Purchase history
iPhone app:➔ Open the Settings app > Tap your name > Tap Subscriptions > Tap the subscription that you want to manage > Cancel Subscription
If you cannot access the App for whatever reason, you can also request your account to be deleted here, please note that we may ask you to provide some information to ensure you're the owner of the account.
When your account is closed, we delete your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
